Xgig Protocol Analyzers

Overview

Two different Analyzer Platforms

There are 2 different series of Xgig Analysis and Test Platform. One of them, Xgig5000 is aimed for either desktop lab or rackmount usage. The other version, (Xgig1000 is a standalone portable version made for both desktop lab and on-site service engineering.

Xgig5000

Xgig5000 Analysis and test platform is a modulat platform. The Chassis has got room for 4 modules

This chassis can be equipped with an adapter that makes it possible to use also boards from the previous generation of Xgig in this Chassis.

Xgig5000

The user can equip this chassis with one protocol board in each slot. There can be the same or different protocol boards in the same chassie. There can be multiple users using different protocol boards at the same time. These different protocol boards can be synchronized even if the protocol is different in each board. The user can also cascade connect several chassies and therby also synchronize different protocol boards in different chassies

Xgig 1000 Analysis and test platform is a smaller, portable analysis and test platform. Made fo you who need an Analyzer you easily can move between labs but also carry on if you need one you can travel with. This analyzer is available in 5 different hardware versions

• 4 port Multifunction Analyzer for 4/8/16G FC and/or 10GE

The 4 and 8 port Multifunction hardware versions can be equipped with user specified number of 4/8/16G FC and/or 10G Ethernet. The 10 port version have 8 port of 4/8/16 G FC and 10 GE and 2 ports for 10/40 GE. Xgig Classic and Xgig5000 are hardware wise modular units. Xgig1000 is available in 6 different hardware wise fixed configurations. The user can still also cascade connect several Analyzers different Xgig analyzers from all of the three series and therby also synchronize different protocol in different Analyzers
